How the Series 93 Operates

The Series 93 monitors boiler water level through a float-operated mechanism connected to the boiler's water column or equalizing piping.

As the boiler water level decreases, the controller activates the feedwater pump to replenish the water supply. When the water returns to the appropriate operating level, the controller stops the pump.

If the water level continues to drop to the low-water cut-off point, the control activates the low-water safety circuit to interrupt burner operation when properly wired into the boiler's safety system.

The automatic-reset No. 5 switch allows the control to reset when the water level returns to the appropriate operating range.
